Becca Kotte from Fargo, North Dakota was on NBC's The Voice on Monday Night!  She sang a cover of "American Woman" and really had the crowd and the judges rockin'!  Here's her performance for you to check out.

However, when the smoke cleared no judges had turned their chairs. I was shocked. This woman can downright sing and has made a name for herself singing back up for the legendary Rod Stewart. Becca Kotte also had a run in Las Vegas in the musical Rock of Ages.

During the audition performance, both Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were close to pushing their buttons. They could be overheard saying "I don't know what to do?" In the end, nobody turned their chairs and Becca's dream to advance on the Voice was over. During the wrap up, all the of the judges had very nice things to say, but thought she was missing those high notes. Judge John Legend said, "If you would've started the song, the way you ended, I would've turned my chair." Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Kelly Clarkson all agreed. Blake, decided to get a stereotypical North Dakota comment in and asked Becca, if she was into polka music? Becca responded, "No."

The judges invited her to come back to the show again, so maybe we'll see Becca Kotte again. According to Becca's personal website, she is now based in New York City. Her original music is available in iTunes and was recently featured on the TV Show "Lucifer" (FOX) and "Impastor." (TV Land)

I think the judges missed out on Becca, and I'm sure this is not the last we'll hear from her! That girl can straight up sing!
