Keith Urban has not always been the handsome country man he is today. It turns out he went through those awkward teenage years like everyone else! 

In 1983, the Australian native performed on a former talent show in Melbourne known as 'NewFaces.' You can hear a distinct accent through Urban's immature voice as he sings Air Supply's 'All Out of Love.'

The judges give him some constructive criticism by suggesting a vocal coach and a little more practice.

I think it's safe to say we are glad Urban fought through his 'geeky' years and stuck with music!
