North Dakota’s Tigirlily Gold: Another Prestigious First Tonight

North Dakota's Tigirlily Gold, the sisters from Hazen have had a tremendous week of firsts.

It was announced earlier this week, that Tigirlily Gold was the winner of the "New Duo or Group of the Year" at the ACMs, which airs tonight on Prime at 7 pm our time.  This is the first major award these very talented ladies have ever won before.

You might remember that they were also recently nominated in a similar category for the CMTs.  They ended up losing that one to Ashley Cooke.

Now, yet another major honor has been handed to Tigirlily Gold and it's going to happen TONIGHT at the ACMs.

They will be PERFORMING at the ACMs as this year's New Duo or Group of the Year WINNER!  This is the first time that Tigirlily Gold has ever performed at a major awards show.

And, I hate to brag, but I actually predicted this back in 2023 when I interviewed Tigirlily Gold on the radio.  I told them that next year they would be not just watching country music award shows but also winning trophies at award shows.  Turns out I was right.

What a special time for these hard-working North Dakota ladies who have single-handedly put North Dakota country music on the map.
