The Absolute Best Italian Restaurant In North Dakota!
North Dakota is not exactly a hotbed for Italian food.
With that being said, we have some pretty well-known Italian restaurants across the state. The Italian Moon comes to mind in my hometown of Grand Forks, North Dakota. Fargo has Luna, 84 Italian Steakhouse, Spaghetti Western, and Mezzaluna. Minot has Primo, and Sammy's Pizza and Restaurant. Even Dickinson has the Brickhouse Grille.
Then we have the numerous Italian chain restaurants and pizza shops dotted across the state.
My personal favorite would be the Olive Garden. My significant other absolutely agrees with me on that one. We have spent several birthdays and anniversaries enjoying the endless salad bar and be sure to keep the parmesan cheese coming.
Pizza places like Pizza Ranch are also another popular hangout for North Dakotans. Anytime you can add a buffet to a pizza place, that's a win-win in my opinion.

I'm starting to get hungry writing this article and lunch is a long way to go. I think I know what I'm eating tonight. ITALIAN.

According to Taste of Home, where they dissected the absolute BEST Italian restaurant in every state, North Dakota's is right here in the Capital City.
North Dakota's 5-star Italian restaurant is none other than Fireflour Pizzeria & Coffee Bar.
I've had the pleasure one time, as they dropped off a couple of pies at our studios one time. They are a Neapolitan-inspired pizzeria shop that actually started out as a mobile Italian restaurant until it moved to its current location at 111 North 5th Street in Bismarck.
I'm going to have to make a point to visit Fireflour Pizzeria & Coffee Bar soon. Maybe even tonight after work. Maybe you should too.
