Barn Dance In ND Cancelled A Few Dances
According to the Arthur's Barn Dance Facebook page, they have canceled a few dances due to the increase in cases of Covid-19 in North Dakota. The Arthur's Barn Dance is in Arthur, North Dakota and is a great dancing tradition. The barn dance gets people from all over to come to it, people of all ages. The barn dance attracts students from Bismarck, BSC, NDSU, MSUM, Concordia, NDSCS, UND, MSU, VCSU, and many other colleges around the country.
The barn dance is known for decades of tradition and the dance floor has seen a lot of people on it. Many people are eager to get back on the dance floor and start dancing again. I would like to go out there again and dance, but safety is everyone's number one concern. The barn dance is great because you get to meet people from all over including many different colleges.
The barn dance is located about 200 miles from Bismarck one way, but t is worth the drive. I used to go there a lot and really loved going there. There were people of all dancing skill levels and people that wanted to dance there.
The previous barn burned down a few years ago and that was a sad day for all of us to hear that. The barn dance has since rebuilt and dances continued until Covid-19 hit this year. The owners of the barn spent a lot of time and money getting the barn opened to keep the tradition that they all know and love going.
