For Immediate Release: Mayor Bakken Announces Easter Bunny is an Essential Employee
BISMARCK, N.D. – Bismarck Mayor Steve Bakken, announces that he’s designated the Easter Bunny an essential employee. The Mayor said he added the Easter Bunny to the list of essential workers so the Easter Bunny can make house visits this weekend so that no one needs to leave home. “This assures that everyone including the Easter Bunny can continue to practice social distancing while taking part in holiday traditions. Kids can help keep the Easter Bunny safe too, by practicing social distancing, listening to their parents, washing their hands, and helping their parents out at home. I extend my best wishes to all for a safe and Happy Easter with their loved ones.”
