Full disclosure, I LOVE CHINESE FOOD! I do, I can eat it any time, any day. Not necessarily at any place or restaurant. However, I am not a fan of sushi. It just seems, such seafood should be at least warmed on the grill. Again, that's just me. And, I still have no idea how to use chop-sticks. I need a fork please.
