This Old West North Dakota Saloon Seems Frozen In Time
One of the Oldest Bars
There is an Old West saloon in North Dakota that will immediately make you feel like you just went back in time to the late 1800s every time you step into it. It's the oldest saloon in this historic North Dakota town, and one of the oldest in the state, as it was established all the way back in 1883.
It is a must-stop for myself everytime I visit this North Dakota town, and it should be for you too. Great food, cold drinks, an Old West vibe, and tremendous service. It's been a favorite watering hole for cowboys, ranchers, and rodeo champions for over a century.

When you approach the saloon, you will notice it still has a horse tie-up area, dollar bills pinned to the ceiling from its patrons, and even a large summer balcony to enjoy a cocktail with a bird's-eye view.

This saloon and grill is open year-round, but is especially lively in the summertime with live music, blackjack, video gaming, and pull tabs.
A Taste of the Old West
I swear you can still hear the faint sounds of boot stomps and laughter from the Old West era, which is alive and well in the Little Missouri Saloon. Did I mention the service is impeccable? I still recognize many of the employees each year I stop by, and you can tell how they must love their job with the enthusiasm they display.
