Love My Job! I Get to Do So Much and Meet So Many! Waking Up at 345 AM is Not My Fav!

Here's the deal! I love my job! I have a deep passion for broadcasting! Waking up at 345 AM is not my favorite thing of each day, but it's only bad for the first minute until my feet hit the ground, then I'm ready to hit the air and do the Big Fat Lar Dawg Morning Show!

One of the best things about my gig is that I get to meet so many country music stars. I do enjoy that. It's not as glamorous as you would think. The best part is meeting stars that I really-really want to meet. At the State Fair for example, to meet Brad Paisley is something I will always remember. Just a regular nice guy! And I've always wanted to spend time with Brad and just talk to him! Not only did I get to meet him in Minot, I got to ride to the airport with the record label representative to pick Brad up right before the show! Are you kidding me? I spent more time with Brad than I ever expected. We talked about fishing, hunting and he wanted to know about North Dakota. He thought it was cold for the fair, it was cloudy and about 60 degrees. Not really cold!!

The other thing I love about my job is doing the morning show. By doing the early morning show, I have a chance to connect with you, keep you in the loop as to what happen as you slept and how your day will be moving forward. Plus, I have the chance for you to win cool things like  PIT PASSES to the Dierks Bentley concert in Bismarck Friday, October 24th.

How exciting this show will be? Let me tell you, Dierks puts on a super show. I've seen Dierks live several time. I met him several times. He is one of the most down to earth guys EVER.

He really cares about who you are and what you have to say. Seriously! On one occasion meeting Dierks, I remember how he commented on the shirt I was wearing, he thought is was so cool ( it really is, the black shirt above) and the other time we met, he told me, he wished he had hair like mine so he could spike it like I spiked mine that night. Who says that? Only Dierks!
