********** A WONDERFUL UPDATE **********

When I first wrote this article, Brad had a great idea - provide a room off to the side for meetings, whatever you need, now I had no idea how cool this was going to be until today. Just a couple of hours ago Brad posted this:

This has been a process since we took over the coffee shop. It has been my number 1 priority. Open up the meeting room for small groups.
IT IS OPEN!!!!
Just need to add a TV and then it will be fully complete.
You want to book the room message me and I will get you on the schedule.
I spoke to him for a couple of minutes - It's absolutely FREE to rent this room - I mean all you have to do on your part is just buy some coffee and some delicious treats from his place and you're all set. You can call him direct for more details - 701-400-2850

"...Always wanted to own a business..."

This is what Brad Feldman told me this afternoon on the phone. An extremely friendly face - you'll no doubt see him at a Bismarck Bobcats game. He has been the Director of Operations for the team over the past seven years.

He and his wife Nichole just recently took over Classic Rock Coffee Co. here in Mandan - on the strip. It's been exactly one week since they became the new owners, and Brad has some very exciting ideas and thoughts.

If you have never walked into this coffee shop, the second you enter you'll see WHY the place has its name

I'm still unsure if you can play one of the guitars that are on the wall. You can feel the theme of this place as you look around - it's almost like you walked into a record store in downtown Los Angeles, California. I spoke with Dawn and April who work there, and it's easy to feel the ease and comfort of the environment from these ladies. Dawn has been working there since the place first opened (about 9 years ago )

Brad and Nichole are feeling the "Awesome Potential"

Brad sounded pretty excited this afternoon. First of all, he and his wife plan on "keeping everything pretty much the same. It's a popular place for all ages - for people to get together and enjoy each other's company" - all of the employees are staying on board, which is a huge compliment.
