What Weapons You Can’t Legally Own In North Dakota
North Dakota Gun Laws
As somebody who is an avid hunter and outdoorsman in our state, I always get nervous when I hear about gun restrictions. Just this past weekend, I saw an Instagram video where, somewhere in Canada, it is now illegal to discharge a firearm on your property, and this was in a rural area. The landowner complained that he could no longer hunt on his own property unless he obtained a variance of some sort from the government.
I want to think something like that could never happen in North Dakota or the United States for that matter, but I guess, you never know.
