The First Ever LEGO Store Is Coming To North Dakota

LEGO Lovers

It's been a while since my kid was in his LEGO-playing days (he's 22 now), but I remember oh so well walking in the middle of the night to the bathroom and stepping on a LEGO. Never a fun experience, but I know how much kids love these little building blocks of knowledge.

Did you know there are numerous studies that show LEGO play strongly boosts mental reasoning, problem-solving, and math performance during childhood? I guess a little foot pain for parents is a small price to pay for a smart kid.

Currently, the closest LEGO store is located at the Mall of America down in Bloomington, Minnesota. That will all be changing in 2027.

LEGOS aren't Just for Kids

Adult collectors pay big money for certain LEGO sets that are considered valuable. Sometimes hundreds to THOUSANDS of dollars. I know we sold some of my kids' LEGO sets when we moved to Bismarck 7 years ago for some pretty good coin. Not to mention, as parents know, LEGOS aren't cheap in the first place.

North Dakota's First LEGO Store

BREAKING: West Acres Mall in Fargo, North Dakota, announced today plans for the first-ever LEGO store in North Dakota coming in mid 2027. No exact date for the new West Acres LEGO store to open, but the video above says early 2027.

Big news for families and LEGO collectors of all ages.
