Caribou Coffee/ Krispy Kreme is Buying Panera Bread

There's a lot of business moves happening these days, according to USA Today, the company that owns Caribou Coffee is purchasing Panera Bread.

You're going to need a score card to keep up with this. JAB, an investment firm which owns Krispy Kream Donuts, Keurig, Caribou Coffee and Peet's is buying the popular lunch counter, Panera Bread for $7 billion.

Panera has over 2000 locations and one new restaurant in Bismarck.
