She's going to be a hot one at the "Cow Town Hoe Down" in New Salem, North Dakota this weekend.

It's game on with a full list of activities for the entire family to enjoy in New Salem.

It all gets underway Friday afternoon with a tractor trek from New Salem to Almont, followed by a car and tractor show in front of the New Salem Auditorium starting at 6 pm along with live music.

The Cow Town Hoe Down kicks into high gear on Saturday with "Breakfast Under The Tent" with pancakes and sausage starting at 7 am.  This will be followed by the parade down Main Street where they will celebrate young and old with everything from horses-tractors-annually themed floats.  The parade will start at 10:30 am.

Throughout the day there are bed races, soap box derby, lawn tractor pull, a scavenger hunt, food vendors, the duck races, bouncing houses for the kids, and the world-famous cow bingo.  You are reminded to check out the annual craft and vendor show from 9 am to 4 pm inside the auditorium.

Hopefully, you have worked up an appetite by dinner time.

The New Salem Betterment Committee and The Lions Club have lined up a Pitchfork Steak Fondue for you to enjoy from 4 to 7 pm.

Then get ready to dance the night away with a street dance featuring the band Tripwire from 8:30 pm to 12:30 pm.

They will wrap up the Cow Town Hoe Down on Sunday with the annual demolition derby at the Morton County Fairgrounds.

People come from all over the state to compete for the grand prize.  The fun starts at 1 pm.  Concessions will be served from 11 am to 4 pm.  Should be another big weekend in New Salem, North Dakota.
