Well, good news as more things in the great outdoors continue to open up.  According to an article on KXnet Theodore Roosevelt National Park is now resuming day access to visitors to certain areas.  The park will be open 24 hours a day and no fees will be charged.

What does that mean you can do?  Trails and trailheads within park boundaries are now open.  All roads are also accessible in the North and South unit, with exception of a failed road in the South Unit.  Pack your picnic basket because picnic areas are now open.  Back country camping is also permitted.  You can also access The Elkhorn Ranch Unit.  There will be limited restroom facilities open, so keep that in mind before you venture out.
