Police have confirmed the body of Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind has been found near the Red River, just outside Harwood, ND.

As reported by Valley News Live, a large police presence was in Harwood, near the bridge connecting North Dakota and Minnesota.

Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind was 22-years old and had been last seen on Saturday, August 19th, before she disappeared. She was 8 months pregnant at the time of her disappearance. The search intensified into this weekend as the Fargo Police Department had received about 150 tips from the public to potentially help with the search.

A newborn baby was found this past Thursday in her Fargo apartment building where she was last seen. The 2-day old infant is healthy and was taken to the hospital.

The police also have two people in custody, Brooke Lynn Crews and William Henry Hoehn. They're being charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

This is a developing story and we'll continue to update it as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: The Fargo Police Department will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. Monday morning regarding the investigation. It will stream on Facebook Live.
