I have to admit, I've been doing a lot of these wrong.

What foods do you refrigerate and which ones shouldn't?  I had a chance to speak to a friend of mine who's a manager at a local grocery store in Bismarck, and he gave me a good idea of which ones you shouldn't and why.

Some of the reasons why you shouldn't refrigerate range from the fact that the food will not spoil, to the food will actually taste better at room temperature.  My mind was blown, again, I had no idea.

Think about it, when was the last time you walked into a restaurant and the ketchup was being refrigerated?  I can't say I ever have.  Those burgers and fries taste just fine with a warm red bottle of ketchup.

Again, thanks to my grocery guru friend for showing me a new way of life.  So, let's get to it.  North Dakota, these are the Top 9 Foods you should STOP refrigerating and why...
