Many places in the local area have been dealing with a personal shortage and this is no different for the south Taco Bell. I went there for lunch and they had the lobby closed and the drive-through was open. Many places have been struggling to find help to open their doors. Many places have been asking for anyone that is willing to work any shifts.

I hope these places are able to figure out the staffing shortages in the near future. I personally think it's because of the high cost of living. The cost of living here is high and that could contribute to the shortage. Bis-Man is a great place to live and work in.

Even with the staffing shortage, it's great that Taco Bell was able to offer drive-through service. Taco Bell did what it had to in order to still keep the doors open. I'm sure there were some people that were upset that wanted to go inside but there wasn't much they could do about it with the staffing shortage.

Places have struggled for the last year and a half to find and retain workers. All we can do is hope that the places in our community are able to solve the issue soon. Taco Bell did a great job today with what they had and many other places have done the same. Have you been to a local business that is short-staffed? How should the local area fix the staffing shortage?
