Kurt Busch Suspended From Daytona 500
Kurt Busch is not racing at the start of the NASCAR season. This decision was handed down from NASCAR today. (2/20)
The suspension was made public just two days before the Daytona 500. A Delaware judge issued the ruling that Busch committed an act of domestic violence against his ex-girl friend and in the judges opinion, the possibility of repeating the offense.

Busch has denied the alleged assault. He becomes the first driver suspended by NASCAR for domestic violence.
