That's right, North Dakota has two cities in the top 5 cheapest rent in the United States of America. One of those cities, you could very well be living in. More on that in a moment.
First, let me tell you how WalletHub came up with its data for this study. They analyzed the median annual gross rent in more than 180 cities across America, then compared it to the total median household income. That's simple, and two North Dakota cities really stood out.
