GABR- HUGE SUCCESS at Century High School

Success! The Great American Bike Race at Century High school today was well attended and the one word that can sum this event up is SUCCESS!

Sanford Health assembles this event every year and every year more and more athletes, cyclist and just normal people show up for a day of cycling and generating funds for the Pediatric Rehabilitation team, which provides services that help those with cerebral palsy and other disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their community.

The GABR is more like a day long cheer leading event. The cyclist ride for 20 minutes and get a 10 minute break. The racing teams have 10-12 members. The members take turns riding.

The sponsors, the riders and the volunteers all make this event a huge success and a model for other GABR's through out the country!
