A  favorite local coffee shop is up for sale. Mocha Momma's Coffee shop in the Gateway Mall is up for sale. They have great coffee there and the smoothies are wonderful also. Mocha Momma's Coffee shop could be yours for $50,000 and I personally think it would be a great investment. I've been to Mocha Momma's a number of times and every time it's always great there.

The coffee business is a great one to be into as most people drink coffee. Every time I went to Mocha Momma's coffee shop, they always had a line of people waiting to get their coffee. According to the Bis-Man Online ad the coffee shop is for sale for $50,000 and that includes the equipment and inventory. The owners want to focus on their coffee roasting business. The coffee roasting business doesn't come with the sale of the coffee shop.

The coffee shop is an excellent location and would be a great investment for someone that wants to open a business. There are plenty of people out there that want to open a small business and this would be perfect for that.
