Anybody who's been to a Bismarck Larks game before knows what a first-class production it is.  There's a lot that goes into each and every game to ensure it's a fun experience for all of its fans.  From the special promotions to the in-between innings shenanigans, each and every Bismarck Larks baseball game is truly is unique.

Well, the Bismarck Larks were recently recognized for their excellence.  Front Office Sports just named the Larks one of the best 2021 Employers In Sports.  This puts the Bismarck Larks in the same spotlight with much larger organizations like the Denver Broncos, 4Front, and the United Soccer League.  To celebrate the occasion, The Bismarck Larks put together a short video about them and the award.  Here it is below.

According to a press release obtained from the Bismarck Larks, Front Office Sports recognizes organizations with great leadership, commitment to diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, or philanthropic/social endeavors.  Front Office Sports recognizes organizations that do right by their employees.

General Manager of the Bismarck Larks John Bollinger said, "You can design, create and build the most wonderful place in the world, but it takes people to make the dream a reality."  This is actually one of Bollinger's favorite quotes from Walt Disney.  Bollinger went on to add, "Our people are the cornerstone of a great fan experience and it's an honor to be recognized for our commitment to them."

Ironically, the goal of the Bismarck Larks is to become the "Disneyland" of North Dakota.  I would say they are well on their way.
