Bismarck Couple and Their Son Arrested For Selling Drugs at Legacy High School
Here's one for the books, a situation you don't hear often and certainly not happening in Bismarck. A Legacy High School student and his parents were arrested for selling drugs on the school campus along with other charges.
KFYR-TV is reporting, according to court documents police arrested a Legacy HS student after photos of drugs were found on his social media account in September. After further investigation, police discovered the father would buy, weigh and package marijuana ready to sell, and his son would sell the drugs on school property.
According to police reports, the father would also smoke weed and drink alcohol with the child and his siblings.
The father was booked on several charges including contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child neglect.
The mother was also mother was in support of the use of drugs and alcohol by the child and the use of the family car to deliver the drugs and was also booked on charges.
