Why North Dakota Is Still Buzzin’ Over The Cole Swindell Show
Cole Swindell was just in North Dakota last night, Thursday, October 12th, 2023.
Swindell played at Fargo's Scheels Arena in front of a sold-out show. US 103-3 of course got you there for FREE.
Graylan James opened the show followed by Nate Smith.
Nate Smith of course is famous for his hit "Whiskey On You". This show in Fargo was Cole Swindell's first night of his first headlining tour and it had to be pretty special for him to be playing in front of a packed house. Nate Smith made the comment it was one of the loudest crowds he has ever played for. Yes, we know how to party at a country concert in North Dakota.
Country music is strong right now with the likes of Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, and Jelly Roll. Cole Swindell is a big part of that too, thanks to hits like "You Should Be Here", "She Had Me at Heads Caroline", and "Ain't Worth the Whiskey".
All three of the artists put on amazing shows. Graylan James performed some of the songs he's written for Kenny Chesney. Nate Smith was blown away by how well people knew his music.
Cole Swindell closed the show with "She had me at Heads Carolina".
This had the crowd at Scheels Arena dancing all the way to their cars in the parking lot. Man, it sure would've been nice to get this show in Bismarck. Hint, hint, hint.
