Where Are the Scariest States in the Nation? Is NoDak a Scary Place?
This is another one of those lists. You know, the ones that ranks the states as the best and the worst. This one, according to Estately.com, is a list of states we fear the most.
It looked at several areas. This may not be exactly what you're thinking. It's not dealing with ghouls or witches or witch craft, but it did look at these areas that people fear such as clowns, bears, tornados, volcanos, sharks, murderers, meth labs, heights, prisons and dentists.
The top states most feared are in the south, mostly due to hurricanes. Florida comes in at number one. Also in the top 10 include Georgia, Texas,( Rick Perry scares me) Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, North and South Carolina.
These are least scariest states including North and South Dakota. As a matter of fact NoDak came in as one of the least scariest states, at number 49, only South Dakota beat us at #50. Other states in the bottom include Nebraska, Vermont and Montana.
The story has this to say about North Dakota, "North Dakota is the second least-scary state in America, and if you’re one of the few Americans who doesn’t fear clowns then it’s a place where you can truly live without fear."
