If you happened to be combing social media eager for a first glimpse at Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd's Mar. 24 wedding, you likely stumbled across a photo of Cassadee Pope raving about the event — along with her date, Sam Palladio, who portrays Gunnar Scott on CMT's Nashville.

"I'll pay you later for being my date," Pope quipped on Instagram, making it sound as if the two aren't very serious. But as it turns out, the pair are apparently an actual item, having been spotted around Nashville at various events together, including a CMT Crossroads taping for Cam and Smokey Robinson March 6.

Palladio also posted his own "hint, hint" shot on Instagram last month, asking fans to vote on who wore a furry blue jacket (likely belonging to Pope, not Palladio) best—and showing that he clearly has access to her closet!

This is a fairly new romance for both. Pope, 28, ended her engagement to All Time Low drummer Rian Dawson last summer after seven years together. Meanwhile, Palladio, 31, was known for his previous relationship with Nashville costar Chaley Rose.

The pair seem to have been friendly for some time, however, with photos floating about of them in the same circles at industry-related parties dating back to 2013, and chatting at 2015's CMT Artists of the Year event.

Pope will returns to The Voice — the show she won in 2012 — next week as coach Kelly Clarkson's advisor. You can catch her on April 2, 3, and 9. Meanwhile, Palladio performed with his costars Sunday at the Grand Ole Opry as part of the Nashville Farewell Tour, which is running before the show’s series finale on July 26.
