Here we go again! According to Policymic on line, they have listed the "Most Screwed Up Thing" about every state in the union. The story lists some of the statistically worst things about each state. The map explains it.

You may agree or not, but the article covers everything from tornado's, to crime to heath. What do you think the most screwed up thing about North Dakota is? According to this story, it's UGLY RESIDENTS! Of course, that is subjective in my opinion. I guess that would be better than Louisiana, as they are listed for gonorrhea. Minnesota is listed for tornado's and Maine is listed for dumbest state!  It's not like this is science proof, it's purely qualitative rankings .

Some may take it as a joke, but the information make you sad, happy or angry. It depends on how you take it.
