Unstable air and the warmer temperatures will bring a chance of severe thunderstorms for the central and western portions of the state. (Tuesday, 6/21)
Dry and windy conditions present a fire danger for the area through Wednesday (4/6) evening. Winds gusting up to 45 mph are expected this evening and over night into Wednesday morning.
By the looks of it, the area could have a white Christmas. The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY, until 6 p.m. Wednesday (12/16) and with this system, the area could get as much as 7 inches of snow.
The National Weather Service is once again using the term DANGEROUS in order to make the point - temperatures will be in the life-threatening range for the area Friday night into Saturday morning.
