Bismarck Police said they arrested Teresa Eckdahl, of Turtle Mountain after an early morning shooting Monday.

A 76 year old woman found it strange that a man entered her house, and claimed he was looking for his mother Sunday morning in Bismarck.

There have been nine so far, and the Bismarck Police Department in stumped according to a recent report.  According to reports, this burglar is kind of a creeper, he'll watch you sleep and if you wake up, he'll leave the scene before the cops arrive, or that has been the case so far.
