
Superbowl Cooking with Lar Dawg
As you know, I love to cook and the easiest was to make a feast for any man (for any one actually) is to use the trusty crock pot.

Today, I started to cook for Superbowl Sunday. One the menu, pork butt (6 lbs) seasoned to taste, 1/2 cup of wine, onions, bell pepper and fresh garlic. Place all in the crock pot, cook on high for 4 hours, then reduce heat to low for another 2 hours.
The meat will be tender and this is "slap yo mama" delish served over hot rice!
