Single Vehicle Accident Kills Mandan Man

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a Friday night single vehicle accident that killed a Mandan man.

The crash took place Friday night, about 8 p.m., on Highway 11, West of Ellendale. Authorities say the man failed to negotiate a curve and flipped his truck in the ditch.

Highway patrol say the driver was not wearing his seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene. The man was 74 years old.
