As The Voice prepares for  season 10, it's no doubt a huge ratings and revenue success for NBC. There appears to be a shake up at the over-size judges chairs. Some of your favorites faces will be out, some of the original chair turners will remain in place.

Here is what we know for sure, Blake Shelton, who's been the longtime country veteran judge is in, and is banking about $13 million per season. The next longest vet is Adam Lavine, he too is in, and he too is banking about the same as Blake per season.

Pherrell is out and coming in as new judges are Miley Cirus and Alicia Keys. The only remaining question is, "who will occupy the final chair"?

The Voice is a huge ratings booster for NBC. It has slipped in ratings recent times, but still winning its time slot which is why NBC could have wanted the shake up. The past judges included with  Christina Aguilera doing six seasons and one of the original judges,  CeeLo Green doing 4 seasons as well as Pharrell also sitting in for four seasons.
