Operation Drive-In COVID-19 Testing For Stark & Slope Co.’s
Governor Doug Burgum announced during his press conference today (Friday, April 3rd) that the state is launching a pilot project to identify COVID-19 positive cases earlier and slow the spread with drive up testing this weekend in two counties in North Dakota.
This is not a mandated test but you are encouraged to to get tested even if you do not have any symptoms. You will be informed of your test results in 24 to 48 hours. The National Guard will be on hand to help with the testing.
The Testing will take place in Slope county in the city of Amidon at the fairgrounds tomorrow (Saturday) from 10am to 2pm Mountain Standard Time. The other county in the state offering drive up testings is Stark county. This will take place on Sunday in the city of Gladstone at the Fire Station on Sunday from 1-4pm Mountain Standard Time.
This is a partnership with local public health.
