North Dakota’s Tigirlily Gold Strikes Gold With A New Video

Hazen, North Dakota's Tigirlily Gold has had a whirlwind of 2024 firsts.

Their first nomination for an award show, their first win at a major country music award show (ACMs), the release of their first album "Blonde", their first song to crack the top 40 on the country music charts (I Tried a Ring On), and so many more accomplishments.  What a year 2024 has been for Tigirlily Gold.

Speaking of their hit song "I Tried a Ring On" it has been hovering in the 30s on the charts for weeks now.

Refusing to go away, Kendra & Krista have decided to put together another video for this song, calling it the official video for "I Tried a Ring On".

This song is all about "healing" and has touched so many people.  We've been playing this song now on US 103-3 since the beginning. In a recent phone interview with the ladies on US 103-3, I got the feeling that this song was inspired by a relationship that Krista experienced.

After watching the video I'm convinced by this, as Krista is acting this out, and she does a stellar job at that.

I say the latest version because Tigirlily Gold did release another video for this song initially.  And, if you missed that, here it is again.

Hopefully, this second video will help push this song over the edge and help make it the hit it deserves.
