This is one of those crazy laws that we have in North Dakota that I'm sure many don't know about. It's one that I've never heard about until a couple weeks ago. I'm sure some people would like to charge their ex with this from all the hard times some people go through. This charge is one of a kind and is very interesting to say the least. It will be interesting to see if North Dakota ever gets rid of this charge or if we will keep it for many years to come. Have you ever heard of the adultery charge in Nort Dakota?
