According to testing.com and the CDC, the most common STD in North Dakota is Chlamydia, followed by Gonorrhea (which we come in at 20th in the nation by the way), and Syphilis, rounding out the top 3.

I couldn't find any reliable information that was state-specific on this question, but several articles I read made mention that 1 in 2 people over the course of their life will experience a sexually transmitted disease. Yikes, it's not even fun to be checked.
