An Impressive April Snowstorm has much of North Dakota Digging Out

At the time of this article on Saturday, April 4th, it's still snowing in eastern North Dakota, and places like Fargo and Grand Forks will likely see their snowfall totals increase substantially.

South-central and southeast North Dakota were definitely the hardest hit by this Winter Storm, with most locations receiving around 10 inches of snow. I know we shoveled 6 times yesterday, to avoid shoveling very heavy snow with a lot of moisture content.

The Winter Storm Warning has been Cancelled.

With high temperatures around 40 degrees and a little sun over the next couple of days, we should see some good melting. Speaking of the National Weather Service in Bismarck, we are now officially at 52 inches of snow for the year. That puts us above normal for the year.
