It's time to find some wet naps and consider a road trip for some mouthwatering barbeque.

You know, even though I seldom eat barbeque, it's not because I don't love the zesty flavor of ribs or pulled pork.

In fact, we have America's largest barbeque chain right down the street from us here on the Strip in Mandan (Dickey's). It's one of my favorites, and I find myself craving their pulled pork sandwiches often. Add a side of baked beans, and it's so good (I think I know what I'm having for lunch)!

I really should start ordering ribs more at restaurants because I don't think I've ever had a plate of ribs I didn't like. As with most barbeque meals, the sauce can make or break this delicacy.

I ran across an article recently that caught my eye, "The Best Barbeque Restaurant in every state."

I know we have several very good restaurants that serve BBQs right here in Bismarck Mandan. The aforementioned Dickey's, there's Famous Dave's, The Fire Pit, and even Space Aliens have some delicious barbeque.

But what about the "Best of the Best" when it comes to BBQ in North Dakota?

According to Love Food, North Dakota's best wet nap restaurant is the Spitfire Bar & Grill in West Fargo, North Dakota.

The article goes on to say that their team members are even on the competition circuit offering up their barbeque in contests and winning awards.

What you should consider ordering at the Spitfire Bar & Grill?

The article says you should focus on the Spitfire Classic Chicken or the Gourmet Raspberry Ribs with a savory raspberry glaze.

Sounds delicious, you won't have to twist my arm.
