Is North Dakota The Most Overweight State In America In 2025?
If you're a psychopath like me, you step on the scale every morning to remind yourself that there's work to be done.
Not that I need the reminder, buttoning my jeans in the morning tends to do the trick just fine.
If you're a normal person, you probably don't torture yourself like that, which is good.

2. Mississippi
3. Arkansas
4. Louisiana

North Dakota Obesity Ranking

If you're reading this and now feel down and like you need to whip it into shape, know that you get a pass right now. It's the holiday season. Season's greeting = season's eating. Just make it your New Year's Resolution. That's a next year problem.
