What Are North Dakotans Most Afraid Of in 2025?
Everyone is scared of something.
Heights?
Spiders?
Bathing? - You'd be surprised.
With all of the new scary movies coming out, like Megan 2.0, and 28 Years Later, you might have fear on the brain.
I wanted to go see 28 Years Later, but after watching the trailer, I realized I need to watch it from the comfort of my home where I can run, scream, and pee my pants in peace. I thought it best to spare you the scene.
Have you ever wondered what North Dakotans fear the most? Are our fears different than people's in other states?
As it turns out they are.
The Upper Cumberland Business Journal did a study, looking at Google searches in each state, and found what we all fear the most.
For Kansas and Indiana, it's needles.
For Alaska and Kentucky, it's the dark.
It's kind of odd that Colorado's biggest fear or phobia is heights. They literally chose to live on mountains. Headscratcher.
Like most 3 year old's and dogs, Vermont is afraid of thunder. Someone start handing out teddy bears over there, please.
Wisconsin and Hawaii residents have some sort of daddy issue that led to this because they are afraid of failure.
What about North Dakota? What is our biggest fear/phobia of them all. Honestly, it's kind of ridiculous.
According to the source, North Dakotans are most afraid of... *drumroll please*... other people.
In fairness, the state isn't heavily populated, are cities are very far apart, and we're pretty awkward in general.
