New Steakhouse and Caribbean Grill Coming to Bismarck
It seems every other week we hear about a new restaurant opening in Bismarck-Mandan, and we love seeing our community thrive. Also, who doesn't love another food option?
It just came to my attention that we are getting another new and unique restaurant in Bismarck. A post was made on the Bismarck Community Buzz Facebook page, announcing this news. The pictures in the post show a sign that reads, "Baby Bull Steakhouse & Caribbean Grill."

That's right, it's not another Mexican Restaurant, and no, it's not replacing Ichiban Ramen, as many people questioned in the comments. As far as we can tell, and based on several of the comments, we believe Baby Bull will be located in the old Woodhouse building between Cost Cutters and Ichiban.
We don't know a lot about the menu, as the website and Facebook page is still pretty new, but according to Food and Wine Caribbean food is typically marinated and know for its bold and spicy flavors.
According to the source, this style of food originated in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. I think I speak for a lot of us here in Bismarck-Mandan when I say we are excited to get something a little different here in town.
