St. Patrick’s Day is coming up this weekend (Sunday, March 17th) and I know you’re probably excited to drink a green beer.
...and maybe you plan to die a few other things green. Well, I put together a list of things you absolutely should NOT turn green in North Dakota. Take a look.

#1. Bath Water

you should absolutely not turn your bathwater green not only what I worry that it’s going to stay in the tub. I’d also worry that it would stay in my skin unless your plan is to try to look like a leprechaun for St. Patrick’s Day, I would avoid adding any kind of die to your bathwater.

#2. Bread

Anytime I’ve ever seen green on bread I’ve not thought good things usually that indicates there’s mold. If you plan on serving green bread to your friends and family, just to prepare yourself for the fact that they may not eat, it doesn’t look appetizing.

#3. Toilet Water

This is very similar to a bathtub, but I would also avoid dying your toilet water green. I’m not sure why you would want to, but nothing screams clean nothing about green toilet water screams I’m clean.

#4. Eggs

We remember this from the Dr. Seuss book green eggs and ham, so it makes sense to want to die eggs green, but if you ask parents kids just simply won’t eat them as you might have my kids will think their “yucky.” I'd avoid green eggs and maybe go for green cookies or shamrock shakes.

5. Hair

Last, but not least, your hair. I’ve done this many times; I’ve decided to color my hair crazy colors. While it says it washes out green as one of those colors that lingers.

Even the sprays don’t come out after the first second or third wash. Honestly, green is a hard color to pull off, anyway, so I’m doing you a favor.

That's it! Have fun with your shenanigans this weekend!
