It's where the magic happens as teams gather to showcase their best gumbo recipes, vying for the title of the best gumbo in town! With a mouthwatering mix of chicken, sausage, shrimp, and secret ingredients, simmered to perfection, you're in for a treat.

But wait, there's more than just delicious food awaiting you at this event! Get ready for an exciting lineup featuring live and silent auctions, alongside electrifying music from Josey & The Whalers. Doors open at the New Armory at 2:00 PM, with gumbo being served at 5:00 PM sharp.
