Young female athletes in Williston are invited to a special event, "Champions' Mindset: An Afternoon with Leah Amico," on April 27th at the Williston ARC. Sponsored by Williston Boom Fastpitch, the event will feature three-time Olympic gold medalist, Hall of Famer, author, and ESPN softball analyst Leah Amico.

About Leah Amico

With over 20 years of experience, Amico will provide her knowledge on mindset, discipline, and work-life balance to help individuals succeed. A legendary clutch hitter, Leah still holds the record for the highest batting average in the Women's College World Series. Leah's motivational talks empowers athletes to thrive in high-pressure situations.

Who Should Attend

This event gives one of kind shot to young girls in youth sports to learn from a decorated Olympian and pick up useful tips for both their athletic pursuits and personal development. Young female athletes from all sports are encouraged to attend.

The Afternoon Will include Two Sessions Held at the ARC:

Presentation: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM in the ARC Meeting Rooms

Softball Skills Session: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on the ARC Turf. Participants for the skills session should bring their bat, glove, and helmet.
