
Legally Blonde the Musical Lights Up Williston, ND
Williston's Entertainment, Inc. began in 1981 as a choral group, and has since evolved into a lively community theater, bringing plays and musicals to life for Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana.
They've had three productions so far during the 2024-2025 season, including Marvin's Room, The Game's Afoot, and Drinking Habits. Now they're ready for the last and biggest show of the season; Legally Blonde the Musical.
Get Ready for Elle Woods in Williston
The musical features a large ensemble of 29 actors, several song-and-dance numbers, and all the charm of the movie. It’s the story of Elle Woods, a fashion-savvy sorority girl who enrolls at Harvard Law School to win back her ex-boyfriend. Along the way, she discovers her own intelligence and strengths, proving that being true to oneself never goes out of style.
Meet the Creative Team
Paula Buschta is the play's director, and Sarah Favorite is her assistant. Tara Carson is the music director, while Sarah Johnson is the choreographer. Recommended for ages 12 and up, Legally Blonde the Musical is filled with catchy songs and a heartwarming message of self-discovery and empowerment.
Show Dates and Times
This is the last weekend to catch Legally Blonde the Musical at the Old Armory, downtown Williston. Performances are Thursday, May 1-Sunday, May, 4th. Performances are at 7:00pm Thursday-Saturday, with a 2:00pm matinee on Sundays.

Individual adult tickets are $20, student tickets are $10. Tickets available at the door, but this promises to be a popular show, so get advanced reserved seats here. Or volunteer and see the show for free. Some positions they are looking for are, ushers, concessions workers, and cleanup crew. They offer a free ticket to the show on the night you volunteer.
