That's why in the hectic pace of life; we all need to prioritize activities that promote relaxation and well-being. For instance, I like to exercise, listen to music and go to concerts/live music events, color in coloring books, and participate in trivia leagues with friends.

Here are Six Strategies for Stress Relief:

  1. Time Management: Learn to prioritize tasks, delegate when possible, and decline nonessential commitments.
  2. Exercise: Regular physical activity releases endorphins, elevating mood and reducing stress.
  3. Lifestyle Choices: Prioritize a balanced diet, adequate sleep, limited caffeine and alcohol intake, and proper nutrition.
  4. Boundaries: Communicate needs and set limitations.
  5. Social Connections: Interaction and support of friends, family, and community groups can provide fresh perspectives.
  6. Professional Help: Therapy, counseling, or medication may be beneficial when stress becomes too much. UMDHU's Credible Mind website can provide resources.
