Who Doesn't Love Beer-And Donuts?

I love everything about Bismarck and Mandan, to me, this is the best place in the world to live. When we have opportunities to showcase our communities and have events that bring people to the area, I love them. For me, it's an opportunity to tell and show people just how awesome it is to live here.

This summer, David Sabbath came to North Dakota to film an episode of Generation Hops. The show highlighted the emerging craft brewing industry and some great things, places and people around North Dakota. For the first segment, David came to Bismarck to film the Donut and Beer Festival at the Bismarck Community Bowl. That's where I had a chance to catch up with David and visit with him about the event, craft brews (of course donuts) and just how awesome our community is. Things don't get any more local than the craft brewing industry. It's centered around people who are your neighbors. Throw in good friendships, good craft beer and often good music and you have a recipe which defines HOME.
