Let's face it, there are not a lot of legal sinful things to do in North Dakota.  We don't have many strip clubs anymore.  I believe Fargo (The Northern) has the only Gentleman's Club in the state.  Marijuana has not been legalized yet.  Prostitution of course is not legally practiced.  We certainly like our booze in the Rough Rider State, but what else has us at the confessional on Sunday?  Oh, sure we have our smokers and gamblers but is it enough to tip the scales towards sinful?

Our friends at WalletHub just finished up a study on "The Most Sinful States For 2022."  So, how did North Dakota fare?

WalletHub compared the 50 states based on seven sinful behaviors.  They include anger and hatred, jealousy, excesses and vices, greed, lust, vanity, and laziness.

Las Vegas the city of sin and Nevada have nothing to worry about with North Dakota cities taking over the title of "sin city" anytime soon.  We scored pretty high on the "non-sinful" side in most categories.

In all of WalletHub's categories, we only struggled slightly in one of them and that's lust.  Come to think of if I do miss my Playboy magazines.  We came in at number 32 in lust.  In all of the other categories, we finished in the top 10 best.  We're even 49th or 2nd best depending on you look at it in laziness.  We're pretty good in anger, hatred, jealousy, excesses, and vanity.  No wonder the confessionals are always empty at church.  Just kidding, I'm not even Catholic.
