The Norsk Hostfest in Minot announced on Friday, August 19th in a press release that they have added two replacement shows for this year's Norsk Hostfest.

You may remember that country legend Toby Keith was forced to cancel this year's Hostfest due to his cancer diagnosis.  Most recently, Lady A also was forced to cancel this year's concert lineup due to Charles Kelly's battle with alcohol addiction.

Norsk Hostfest has confirmed replacement acts for Thursday, September 29th, and Friday, September 30th. Phil Vassar will be opening for Clint Black, a musician with one of the most storied careers in modern music who will be performing at the Norsk Hostfest on Thursday, September 29th! He will be taking the stage in the Great Hall of the Vikings at The North Dakota State Fair Grounds at 8 pm. Floor seating will be provided in the general admission area for this show.

Tickets for both Dierks Bentley and Clint Black with special guest Phil Vassar are on sale now at hostfest.com.  You will also find information on ticket prices and options for Norsk Hostfest at that address.

I would say a job well done by the Norsk Hostfest in their replacement acts.  It's tough when you lose a legend like Toby Keith and a popular act like Lady A.  Dierks Bentley is a "A" list superstar with a new album coming out in 2023 and is tremendous live in concert.  Clint Black & Phil Vassar will do a nice job of filling the void as well.
